The Kentucky Connection - Part 1(?)

So it's been a while since my last post. I was busy with some longer projects in 2023, which was great but it left me creatively drained in my spare time. This happened to coincide with the season that the Kings became relevant again. I followed last season with excitement with the rest of my fellow Kings fans and gradually convinced myself that it would be best not to jinx them by posting art - the Richaun Holmes re-signing and De'aaron Fox pre-bubble pieces I did a few years ago look like freezing cold takes now. I do have a few unfinished rough sketches sitting on my Mac and iPad that might see the light of day someday though, who knows?

Anyway, I couldn't hold out forever so here's a piece I did earlier this week following the Kings' March 18th win agains the Grizzlies.
